William Bradley was an English watercolor and oil artist from the middle to late Victorian period in the UK. He specialized in landscapes and was successful in exhibiting his work at the Royal Academy and the British Institute. He mostly painted in watercolour which makes this piece the most outstanding example of his work to come to market ever as it is a large high quality oil on canvas.
