Alexis Vollon

1885

Alexis Vollon studied under his father Antoine Vollon from 1885. He exhibited in Paris at the Salon Des Artistes Francais and was a hors concours member of his group, a member of the committee and panel of judges. He archived a honourable mention in 1885 and was awarded a third class medal. He was made Chevalier of the Legion d'honneur in 1900 at the Exhibition Universelle.
