Charles Bertie Hall painted scenes all over England, Europe, and America in a traditional Impressionist manner. He exhibited in London and many of his paintings are held in private collections.
He was influenced by the work of Edward Seago, Edward Wesson, and other well-known Impressionist landscape painters.
