Victorian Portrait of a young girl on a Sunday Morning, possibly after or before Sunday School
Wonderful Victorian portrait of a little girl painted circa 1870. The quality of the painting is obvious in each and every brushstroke. The artist was able to produce a very pleasing high-quality portrait with great character in her face. There is little information on the artist other than each example they painted was of exceptional quality.
The painting is in excellent condition and has been cleaned and re-framed in a new English hand made gilt frame.
